Built like any other production software

AI features fail in all the usual ways software fails, plus a few of their own. We design for both: typed APIs, automated tests and staged rollouts, together with model-specific checks such as answer-quality scoring, regression tests on instructions and cost limits per account.

We build and operate our own software. Converso, our multi-model AI chat workspace, is live with free and paid plans. GitDoc turns GitHub repositories into hosted documentation with an MCP server for agents.

You own what we build

Source code, instructions, evaluation data, infrastructure definitions and runbooks are yours. If your own team will take over, we plan the handover from the first week instead of the last.

When is custom AI development worth it over an off-the-shelf tool?

When the value depends on your data, your workflow or your product experience, or when a tool’s data-handling terms or limits do not fit. If a subscription does the job, we will tell you.

Do you fine-tune models?

Rarely as a first step. Most business problems are solved better by retrieval, clear instructions and evaluation on existing models. We recommend fine-tuning only when tests show it beats those options for your task.

Can you build inside our existing codebase?

Yes. We work in your repository, follow your conventions and go through your code review. We can also build a separate service that your product calls.

Where does the AI run, and where does our data go?

We decide that with you: a model provider’s API under business terms, a cloud provider’s hosted models in your own account, or open-weight models on infrastructure you control. Each option comes with its data flows written down.

How do you decide the AI is good enough to launch?

We agree on a test set and acceptance criteria before building, then report results against them at each milestone. Quality is measured, not judged from a demo.

What happens after launch?

We can keep operating and improving the system, or hand it to your team with runbooks, dashboards and the evaluation suite.
