The client
LandLording W.L.L runs a property platform for the Bahraini market. It brings four things together: homes to rent, homes to buy, furnished short stays by the night, and home services such as AC, plumbing, electrical work and cleaning. Renters and guests, landlords and service providers each have their own side of the same website and app, in English and in Arabic.
The challenge
A rental’s real monthly cost depends on more than the rent: electricity and water (EWA), the deposit and what is included. Renters want to know all of it, and whether anyone has checked the home, before they visit. Short stays, repairs and leases add their own payments and paperwork, and everything has to work as well in Arabic as in English.
The build
Azinove built the platform: the public website, the admin console the LandLording team uses to review listings and record verification checks, and a native iOS and Android app. Rental listings show their full cost (rent, EWA, deposit, move-in total), and verified listings a dated “What we checked” record. An AI search turns a plain-language description into filters and ranks the results by meaning. Short stays are booked and paid by card through Tap, quotes from verified providers are compared side by side, and leases are drafted, negotiated and signed in the app. Arabic runs right to left across the website and the app.
The result
The website, the admin console and the iOS and Android apps are live in production. The apps are built with Expo and React Native, on the same TypeScript API as the website.
Why it works
Renters see the cost and the checks before booking a viewing. Landlords handle viewings, repairs and leases from one Today list, and providers quote, schedule and get paid through LandLording.
