AI consulting

AI consulting services that end in shipped software

Most AI consulting ends with a slide deck. Ours ends with a decision you can act on: which use case to build first, whether your data can support it, what the first release includes and who will run it once it is live. The engineers who scope the work are the ones who would build it, so the plan is written by people who expect to be held to it.

Operated by Azinove SAS (France); we work with US teams remotely.

We work with product, operations and IT leaders who already have a list of AI ideas and need help choosing. Some arrive after a pilot that impressed in a demo and stalled before production. Others have a board asking for an AI plan and nobody inside with the time to write a credible one.

What a consulting engagement covers

The work is short and concrete. We interview the people who own the process, look at the systems and data involved, and test the riskiest assumption early, often with a working prototype rather than a diagram.

  • A short list of use cases, ranked by value, risk and how ready the data is
  • For the top candidates: where the data lives, who owns it and who may see it
  • Model and architecture options, including when an existing tool is the better answer
  • The security, privacy and legal reviews your company will ask for before launch
  • Evaluation criteria agreed before anything is built, so success is not argued afterwards
  • A scoped first release, with a budget and a plan for running it

Advice from a team that runs AI products

We build and operate our own software. Converso puts GPT, Claude and Gemini in one workspace, so we compare models on real work every day instead of reading benchmark tables. GitDoc serves documentation to AI agents over MCP. Running both shapes our advice: we know what a model costs in production, where answers drift, and what support looks like after launch.

When we tell you not to build

Sometimes the right answer is a subscription to an existing tool, a better search index or a change to the process. If that is the conclusion, the report says so plainly. A recommendation to build has to survive the question “why not buy?”, and our build vs. buy framework on the blog shows how we weigh it.

What happens after the plan

Consulting usually runs as our fixed-scope AI Discovery Sprint, described on the pricing page. The output belongs to you: take the plan to your own engineers or to another vendor, or continue with us into a production pilot.

Questions

What clients ask about AI consulting.

What does an AI consultant actually deliver?

A ranked list of use cases, a data and risk review for the strongest ones, an architecture recommendation, agreed evaluation criteria and a scoped first release with a budget. Each item is written so your team can act on it without us in the room.

Do you only recommend projects you can build?

No. If buying a tool or changing a process solves the problem, we say so. You own the plan and can hand it to anyone.

Which AI models do you advise on?

Models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and open-weight models where hosting them yourself makes sense. We choose per use case on answer quality, cost, speed and the provider’s data-handling terms.

Can you work with our security and legal teams?

Yes. For each option we document the data flows, retention, access control and vendor terms so your reviewers can assess them. We do not claim certifications on your behalf; we prepare the material your review process asks for.

Who would we be working with?

The senior product and engineering team at Azinove SAS that runs CleverAI. The people who scope the work are the people who would build it.

How do you work with US companies from France?

Remotely: scheduled video calls, shared documents and written updates between calls, with meeting times agreed around your time zone. Azinove SAS has no US office.

How is AI consulting priced?

As a fixed-scope discovery engagement, so you know the cost before we start. The current price of each engagement is on our pricing page.
