AI integration

AI integration services for the systems you already run

Most companies do not need a new AI platform. They need the tools they already pay for to do more: a CRM that drafts the follow-up, a help desk that suggests the answer, an ERP that reads the supplier invoice. AI integration is the work of connecting large language models to those systems safely.

Operated by Azinove SAS (France); we work with US teams remotely.

We connect models to your software through its APIs, with access control, logging and cost limits in place from the first release, so an integration that works in a demo also holds up under real traffic and a security review.

Integrations we are asked for most

We start with the workflow where people spend the most time copying information between screens, and measure the result before adding the next one.

  • CRM: account summaries, follow-up drafts and call notes logged from a transcript
  • Help desk: suggested replies grounded in your knowledge base, and ticket routing
  • ERP and back office: data read from documents and prepared as records for approval
  • Documents and intranets: search and answers across your own content
  • Internal tools: AI steps added to the workflows your teams already use

LLM integration, done properly

Behind every integration sits a model layer: which provider handles which request, what happens when one is slow or down, how instructions are versioned and what each call costs. We build that layer explicitly, with provider fallbacks, versioned instructions, cost tracking per feature and hard limits, so you can change models later without rewriting the integration.

Security and data handling

Integrations run under service accounts that reach only what the feature needs. We document which data goes to which model provider, under which terms and for how long it is kept, and we log calls so your team can audit them.

From our own products

Converso talks to models from several providers in one workspace, so we maintain a multi-provider model layer in production. GitDoc integrates with GitHub and reads private repositories with each user’s own access. When the project is an ERP implementation rather than an AI feature, Azinove’s ERP team handles it.

Questions

What is LLM integration?

Connecting a large language model to your software: sending it the right context from your systems, receiving its output and acting on it in your application, with error handling, logging and cost control around every call.

Can you integrate AI into our CRM or help desk?

Yes, if it has an API, which most current CRM and help desk tools do. We start with one workflow, such as reply drafts or call summaries, and measure it before adding more.

Which model providers do you integrate?

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others, through their own APIs or a cloud provider’s hosted models. We usually design the integration so the provider can be changed without rewriting it.

Will our data be used to train the model?

Business API terms from the major providers generally exclude API data from training, but terms differ and change. We check the current terms of each provider we propose and write them down for your review.

How do you keep the cost of AI calls under control?

We track cost per feature and per account, cache where it is safe, use smaller models for simple steps and set hard limits that alert before a budget is exceeded.

Can you add AI to an ERP such as Odoo?

Yes. Document extraction, record drafts and assistant features can be added through the ERP’s API. The ERP implementation itself is a separate project, which Azinove’s ERP team runs.
